Purpose: BBC men, created in God’s image, saved to His glory, growing in Christ, faithfully fulfilling their biblical roles and responsibilities as men, brothers, husbands, fathers, and leaders.
Mission: Provide a venue, the Gospel, and biblical teaching for growing godly men.
Vision: “Until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:12)

Ministry Components
Component # 1 – Discipling
- to 1-3 groupings – Paul to Timothy, father to son, or older brother to younger brother types (2 Timothy 2:1-2)
- Promote a culture of discipling outside of formal men’s gathering (assigned or organic relationships)

- Biblical teaching that is unique, topical/thematic,and practical to help men grow as a man of God.
- Feasting to celebrate the goodness of God, the joy of fellowship, and the gifts and abilities of our men.
- Announcements that matter to mission and co-laboring of men at BBC
- Discussion and prayer groups with leaders
- Assignment/accountability that promotes continual growth and fights apathy
- Saturday mornings 8-10am
